Use berek's respite + woke increased AOE + silver flask with chance to ignite suffix for mapping.

Budget: mageblood + 150ish div

Helmet: int/dex base with low dex requirement, spam envy essence for suffixes, eldritch currency for prefixes. If you don't have currency you can by a cheap base with +1 minion skills or with fractured suppression mod. You will lose some dps but still have more than 300m.

ring: fractured minion damage, spam reforge life for t1 minion life and high fire res. Veiled chaos or aisling for prefix.

gloves: buy a base with incursion suffix + high res + suppression, eldritch currency for prefixes. If you can't find one with suppression, you can find +8 spell suppression while phasing from mastery.
