Comments:

1. Guardian's blessing allows you to get Malevolence for decreasing reservation efficiency on Herald of Purity. I offset this by using a Circle of Guilt. On some bosses using a worm flask becomes necessary but you really don't need mapping flasks anyway so a swap isn't a big deal. Your burst phase with Vaal Reap is most important anyway.

2. Flesh and Stone can be fit in with a Charisma anoint or a Hunter shield with reservation efficiency. I opted for +max res on my shield. I wanted to go the tanky route. I dropped a few Kulemaks but didn't get lucky with a phys dot roll. Maim and 15% more damage is nice.

3. I had never done feared. Got it done on the first attempt! I had never gotten to 100 as well. I usually stall out during league at about 98 after a few uber elder kills.

4. Clusters become better once you get one that gives charges (Lead by Example) and onslaught (Brush with Death). From 84-93 I used a Perseverance for Onslaught and Ahn's Heritage for max res. I dropped the Warblade shield at about 98 but by then I had my warcry cooldown reduction tattoos so it didn't feel like an upgrade.

5. The build feels like RF. The gearing is different and fun. DPS uptime is great. Only thing I have really struggled with is Flawless Breachstones since the rares get so tanky. The 100% delirium Guardian challenge (Cruel Custodian Crucible) was very doable but just took a while. I'm at 31/40 challenges at the moment but I'll probably roll up a new character to get the TOTA challenges down.

6. I haven't broken 200 on TOTA. I just wasn't a fan of the mechanic. I only played it to get my warcry tattoos.

8. My set-up is weak to chaos damage. Expedition NO-GO nodes were "overwhelm physical" "phys as extra chaos" and "physical immunity." For rolling maps "cooldown recovery" and "physical reflect" are annoying but doable.

9. Your vaal reap won't kill yourself on Uber Atziri. Her mirror clone can kill you of course.
