An End of the league project, I was curious If it's achievable to get to 90%cdr on a wardloop setup and not completely brick the build (well it's sorta is already).

It required 59% To Dust Jewels with Rank 1 Less Duration, 11% from Anomalous Temporal Rift gem, 40% from belt and boots and 39% from Abyss Jewels.

I had to use Replica Shourd of the lightless and drop 100% global defences and lose a crap ton of ward in the process.

Tried using 50% Global Defences Eyes of the greatwolf but Nuked the damage hard.

The best compromise I had to do is to have Omni and Iron flask with Secrets of Suffering to at least balance it out, however you are even more susceptible to 1 shots more than so due to having such a low base ward.

TL;DR it's not worth going beyond 27% CDR
