No RF ticked, no frost shield (but using them sometimes)

Juice rares, roll 100+ scarab on map, rush boss first for eater altars. It's a really easy strategy with headhunter because of the +2 rare modifiers (Horned Scarab of Nemeses), and shrines (can use beyond instead of shrines but I don't like it).

Profit/hour : around 15-20div ?
