Build credit goes to Rue, he never played the build afaik but he made the PoB, was interested so I made the build myself because this build wont exist next league (if crucible doesn't go core). The build is very well rounded, 280% ms, high dps, very tanky and all content viable. Boot swap is needed for bosses but not for mapping.

Defense: Overleech, 10% dmg reduction while leeching, 20% dmg reduction from fortified(forbidden jewels), triple ele flask, 100% spell suppression, 11 endurance charges, 85%~ evade chance (35k evasion/dread banner).
