I have pretty much everything I need to swap to LL except a belt. Crystal belts with 14% cooldown recovery seem to be absurdly expensive, so I'm trying to craft my own. I really only want a decent ES roll and 14%+ CDR on it (I'm already overcapped on res except chaos), and anything else is just gravy. Anyone have any idea how I would go about crafting this? I already have an ilvl 85 shaper crystal belt.

I currently use Ice Nova of Frostbolts in my main CoC link and Frostbolt in my Cospri's. I see a fair amount of people using Ice Spear in their CoC and Freezing Pulse in their Cospri's instead. What are people's opinions on one vs the other? Do I need anything special to swap to Ice Spear? What about a form of pierce or chain?
