Mageblood is a very desirable item right now but for poor and time limited people like myself, there is no way I could get one. Fortunately, autoflasking is still and thing and appears to be even easier than what I've read in old posts about the subject. This does not require Scion/Pathfinder or flask nodes. It just so happens that I am a Scion.
I shoe-horned it in, so it isn't well planned but it worked quite easily. Autoflasking isn't new or groundbreaking but I just wanted to save someone some time in future google searches. Even if this is shit this is still helpful because it will teach what NOT to do. Also, being a Scion/Ranger isn't necessary nor are any flask nodes, my build pob . I traded for the following items on Kalandra:

-
2 flasks every 3 seconds rare chest (1-3 divine, Searing Exarch mod)(re-roll as necessary)
-
Brutal restraint (the traitor)(1-2 div)
-
Survival Instincts (10c)
-
Utility flasks mastery
-
The magnate belt (15c)

Try to get 2-3 "10% increased flask charges gained" from the timeless jewel which will determine how well rolled your flasks need to be. With 3 of them you can use unique flasks as well. My build was not designed with this in mind from the beginning, like I said it was shoe-horned in, so it's far from optimized but was surprisingly easy to do. I roughly kept the same unimpressive dps but massively improved my defenses.
EDIT: I forgot an item, my bad. Added the magnate
