So how does it compare to BAMA?

It is more tanky, but way less boss damage. Also more expensive to get to the same level as BAMA.

My BAMA build could do Uber Maven in 3 minutes, and this Holy Relic did it in 7 to give you an idea of the dps difference. But yeah, the build is mega tanky and has okay-ish map clear.
