Hey I wanted to share my league start build. It's a Cast on Crit Inqui using 2 new gems that were introduced this league :

Lancing Steel of Spraying - the gems shoots 12 projectiles that pierce everything and they can all hit the same target ( barrage style ) . The amount of hits this skill provides is insane and gives us a ton of recovery with the discipline es gain on hit watcher eye

Lightning Conduit of the Heavens - It does not required us to shock enemies like the normal one, has great default AOE ( hits 16 enemies ) and great damage scaling ( 270% effectiveness )

This is the POB - https://pobb.in/-3zKE3-NyVdL but we don't have the new skills gems yet so no damage number. The damage feels anywhere between 6M - 10 M
