I want to share you a build I made because I'm a Mana Stacking enjoyer since Sigil of Power and Arcane Cloak are perfect in SSF to scale your damage, the huge problem in general with those build is the tankiness, here, the tankiness isn't the problem

First, why CoC instead of self casting ?

The main reason :

If you play CoC, you will use Cyclone, since Cyclone is an attack you can include leech in your build, that's exactly why I'm tanky

The goal is to leech Mana/Life to take profit of MoM and sustain mana for Arcane Cloak and charge Sigil constantly

I use Instruments of Virtue on Inquisitor to be able to take profit of Elemental Damage on my Staff to have enough damage to leech, and convert those damage to Spell Damage for Spark

After the explanation, some numbers :

Defensive layer : 132% Life, 184% Mana, MoM, 30% ES, Divine Shield, Arcane Cloak, 2k Life Leech/s, 900 Mana Leech/s, 75 Attack/Spell block, recover 2% Life/ES on block

DPS : 970k Standard Boss DPS with only ONE spark, since you can pierce 2/3 time, that's easily 2M DPS

Gear requirement : +1 pierce on Glove; +1 pierce on Helmet

Until you don't have your Glove/Helmet with pierce, you can replace Arcane Surge for Pierce and generate Arcane Surge with Flame Dash
