Sextants: Harbinger, no others needed. "Delirium Reward Bars fill 100% faster in your Maps" are pretty good on Shaper Maps, but aren't as consistent on Elder/Sirus maps. Guardian Map drop Sextant is okay, but it will make the bosses VERY tanky and rippy.
