I have played creeping frost cold DOT occultist a few league ago. With the trickster rework i theory craft a starter build.

- 3700 life and 1700 es

- Evade chande: 41%

- Spell suppresion: 72%

- Level 84

Without any influence items, cluster jewek or other fancy stuff. What do you think? Anyone are trying the same? There are many possible ways to upgrade the build. This is only the first look to a league starter build.
