You do not have to run a life flask you can run a progenesis or dying sun which would probably be better as long as you have corrupted blood immunity somewhere

Follow Maven Strict 3.22. I do tweak this based on strats I am running but should always be a decent strict filter for most content but may hide stuff specific to content I do not run like single legion splinters and low level catalysts
