Scaling BV through vaal caress gloves, curses and phys as extra chaos mainly. Eplode from double obliteration. High evade chance from Grace + flesh and stone with moderate blind effect scaling.

Recovery through LgoK, leech, perma life+mana flasks and ghost dancer.

Some thoughts: I could see a world where spellbreaker is the better choice in this case, BV doesnt profit from the cast speed and the ES leech isnt actually that amazing.

Endgame is probably +level skin or a +4 dendrobate and dual %DoT damage Cold iron points, confident to break DoT cap on sub 50 div with BV, far less if you opt for BFBB or Reap.

Final thoughts: Optimal use for vaal caress is probably a +7 vaal reap in gloves and a regular exsanguinate in body armour and then scale either poison or even hit based chaos. Pop the reap for single target aid and clear with exsanguinate. BV is just my prefered skill together with LA.
