Path of Exile Shockwave Autobomber (Best build)

In today's video i wanted to go over one of Path of Exile best mapper, and that is Shockwave Static Strike Autobomber, Originally created by Palsteron, this build devours everything in it's path, it's burst damage is more than enough to one shot all Guardians, and can deal with uber bosses in a reasonable time, it's also VERY tanky being the second Tankiest character i have ever played, all that while being somewhat cheap!
