This is a typical farming run. I use the red sentinel at the start then kill enough mobs to make the eater/exarch mobs begin appearing. Once they do, run around and get a bunch of them to spawn and pop your blue sentinels while you're buried in the back of all this trash, trying not to kill them too quickly. The goal is to get as many mobs empowered as you can. I like to run back to the start and then work my way towards the back, hopefully getting a few +quant altars on the way.
