I remembered that I have an old build Inquisitor Coc Cyclone Ice Spear, I’ll leave it here as a good memory of one of the most durable builds I’ve collected. Due to the reworked mechanics and passive skill tree, the build is not entirely relevant, but I am sure that it can be adapted to current realities.
