Enjoy this crafting video for Path of Exile 3.19. If you need a specific type of boot or an enchant, it's way cheaper to craft them yourself. I spent about 50 divines to craft the boots in the video as opposed to over 100 to buy them. Leave a comment if you have any ideas on how to do it cheaper or easier.
