Notes on this fight:

Remove the staggered delay for bossing and you increase the dps by 4% x(S-1)/5 seconds. Note: Dark Marionettes had their cooldown increased to 4000(4 seconds) from 1000(1 sec.) in 3.25. With the -70 Elemental Res from the Gloam Ring and it's 15% increased damage taken, they die in 1 second. Typically the 4% recovery to other minions when a minion dies from the Life from Death medium cluster notable will delay each minion and stagger their damage, but when bossing, we want all of that damage as quickly as possible so we remove as much delay as possible, maximizing our damage per second.
