It seems it would be a fun gimmick build. I saw a build of this on reddit, but it was outdated for 3.17. I now tried to remake it with newer stuff, and this is what I have so far: https://pobb.in/Z2Mvl7EeuCxV

Please note there is 2 variants, a war-staff variant and another one that uses regular staff (or replica cold iron). I set up 2 different trees, gear, and skill groups for either. As much as I wanted to incorporate Discharge of Misery, it isn't justified, as even with it removing the 60% ailment damage reduction that regular discharge has, it still is far worse than regular discharge.

So far the build seems quite tanky as juggernaut, though 1mil ignite dps when all buffs are up might not be enough. Plus, endurance charge generation might not be able to sustain a discharge every 2 seconds with only jugg ascendancy and inexorable. Life pool may be a bit low, and i've never tried sustain with untiring so that may be a bit off.

What do you guys think? How do I make this better?
