Enjoy this guide for my 3.25 Toxic Rain League Starter.

A few quick notes below:

Start with caustic arrow and puncture

Switch to Toxic Rain at level 12 and use caustic arrow to do more dps on bosses and rares

Use Despair curse effect eldritch implicit in helmet

How to craft the bow:

1. Alt roll a Hunter Thicket Bow that's at least item level 78 for T1 attack speed

2. Regal and annul until you have only the attack speed left, if you miss start over. You need a rare bow with only attack speed

3. Craft Can have up to 3 Crafted Modifiers and Cannot roll Attack Modifiers

4. Slam 2 exalts this guarantees +1 socketed gems and chaos damage over time ( pray for high tier)

5. Remove crafted mods

6. Recraft Can have up to 3 Crafted Modifiers, then craft Chaos Damage Over Time Multiplier and +2 to Level of Socketed Support Gems

How to craft the quiver:

1. Start with an ilvl 86 Hunter Broadhead Quiver

2. Go to Harvest and spam Reforge a Rare item with random modifiers, including a Chaos modifier until you hit both normal dot mult AND chaos dot mult of a tier you're satisfied with. (This can take a ton of juice)

3. If you have a third suffix you have to get a lucky annul. If not you have to roll it again.

4. You need full open prefixes. Just craft suffixes cannot be changed an use an orb of scouring.

5. Craft cannot roll attack mods

6. Slam an exalt, this will make sure hit hit either life, damage with bow skills or movement speed.

7. If you get a good tier of one of the 3 mods, slam another exalt until prefixes are full. If you don't like the tier go back to step 4 and repeat until you get 3 good prefixes.

8. Craft on attack speed and you're done.
