Another meme build turns out to be quite comfy to play! And where y'all oldschool PoE vets at! Discharge is back, baby!

Nothing innovative this time, just new Elementalist AoE, Damage, Accuracy, Defense buffs with Discharge's 25% more damage and 33% more AoE! Seven Teachings, the new chestpiece, gives a delicious +0.7 strike range to scale cyclone AoE (remember, basic weapon range does nothing for it) meaning nothing comes close to your character.
