This Storm brand variant is designed to be able to live through the extreme fps drops caused by delirium while being easy to play (hold down brand recall press flasks) and maintaining decent dps. Unlike most storm brand builds I've seen, this one uses pledge of hands for the 150% mana multiplier on greater spell echo as well as a decent mana bonus and good spell damage.

Note that I forgot to swap out chain for conc effect before the kosis fights causing them to take longer than usual.

Main build highlights:

• around 4.5 million shaper dps under normal circumstances, over 10 million with every single buff enabled.

• 11000+ EHP (4500 life, 8700 mana with 60% of damage taken from mana)

• Permanently maintain storm brand with 1.19 second cd on brand recall so all mana is available for defensive purposes. Also allows for smooth mapping because you just leap slam through packs while holding down brand recall.

• 1800 life regen from the agnostic keystone lets the build facetank smaller hits effortlessly. Also allows the build to maintain permanent RF (if you want more dps at the cost of some regen) and blood rage (frenzy charge generation and attack speed for leap slam).

• 55/35 attack/spell block with rumi's (35/25 without), gives even more survivability.

• Fortify linked to leap slam provides some extra damage reduction. Could also link with endurance charge on melee stun if you want endurance charge generation while mapping.

• edit: forgot to mention 60% increased mana and life flask recovery from 2 medium cluster jewels adding even more sustain.
