My goal is to clear mobs fast so this is an elementalist spamming Vortex on left click which ignites thanks to Shaper Of Flames. Then dual Obliteration wands deal chaos damage which ignites more thanks to Shaper Of Flames. I haven't put much emphasis on the Vortex DPS, the damage dealer are the Obliteration explosions, hopefully.

Budget is not bad either, none of these item cost even 100c , most cost much less. The cluster jewel is the only one which might run 1ex.

The 6th link is Combustion but that requires a 6L brass drome which is a bit more expensive so I left it off for now.

Edit: thanks so much for all the advice, we came really really far in a short time. https://pobb.in/Dd4Kyj9kN57m It takes two seconds of running around to reach this damage because lifetap needs 273 life to be spent, and vortex costs 141 so the second cast flips lifetap to on, that takes 2.046s.
