An old school way of building using Eye of Innocence, big life pool, blood magic and then mostly just life on hit with some block to survive. Blazing Salvo damage scales very nicely and feels great with enough cast speed. Getting 68% cast speed while ignited, permanent onslaught, chance for double and triple damage (they do not stack).
