Tinkering around a bit with the build I managed to get over 2 million sirus dot dps with pretty low investment (pretty much all of it is used on blackflame). But honestly that works for me considering how shitty all the gear is + and the fact that is dot dps.

Defensively the build is lacking, but I feel that the capped glancing blows + temporal chains as an aura makes it tolerable for softcore.

The build is mainly centered around 2 things, blackflame and doomblast to trigger elemental overload. With better gear like a cane of kulemak and actually decent rares I feel like the build can be good.

Also just as a finishing note, I was pretty conservative with the changes and as such I believe that when the new numbers drop it might get a bit more damage.
