Here's a showcase of the final endpoint to my Toxic Rain into Caustic Arrow league starter. This league proved especially difficult for my build, as it is tailored for the game balanced around T16's with a generic difficulty level. The power scaling presented here is more than enough to handle such maps, but with wisps entering the equation, it no longer is (even on super wisp-juiced T7's). For that reason, I will now be making the swap to the strongest magic find build in the game, Tornado Shot. Stay tuned for that one.
