This is the VG build that I've been working on for league start. It should be able to do all voidstones and full atlas completion minus maven. Maven is doable but the last phase is very hard due to the beams.

I tried to make it as league start friendly as possible. All the gear can be self crafted pretty cheaply.

The only things that will be expensive are the 6-link base, Blizzard Crown, and the two uniques. Kaom's Spirit and Immortal Flesh. Last league they where around 1/4-1/2 div each early, but this league they are likely to be more. Voll's vision can be subbed in instead if it's cheaper. If you plan to progress slower, or get in the league later they'll be less then 10c by then.

The build is pretty faceroll when it comes to bosses. The recovery is really good, and it'll be better when the new patch drops. I sacrified a bit of damage to make the character more well rounded. Though it's still somewhat squishy since it's ranger, so expect to die once in a while.
