Not hard to get going you can easy get this setup week1
Tailwind boots are not needed same as the amulet Greatwolf with 30%+ Attribute and % max mana is better
Flesh/Flame jewels are needed for this build hard to get decent amount of crit % without them
Alot of map mods will brick the archmage setup rather do t17 exarch altar maps and rush to boss for fragments
