This was my league starter (leveled as WoC), designed as a mapper with a focus on farming legions. Popping legions with Vaal arc feels amazing, and overall the build has felt very smooth considering the budget (~5d).

Defences are Grace, Determination, vitality and Tempest shield with Saffels for 72% spell block and 79% ele res. Boss dps is on the low end, probably average around 3m dps. Is decent in sanctum if you have a few good relics.
