This build leverages Dialla + Anomalous Impending doom support and is absolutely insane.
By getting 50 qual on Anomalous Impending Doom, the linked curse is instant cast. I stumble on this mechanic last league while trying all sort of gems with Dialla. The issue I had was the way impending doom scaled damage with the doom mechanic. Making the curse instant was counter intuitive to the more multiplier of the doom that the skill needed.

This league doom was removed and impending doom got double damage and a wooping 370% effectiveness of added damage.

Also tried the cursed ground method mentioned in the comments where instead of using Dialla we can use any chest and link cursed ground in the six link. Here is the POB with cursed ground : https://pastebin.com/DNa3qerv
Conclusion: this certainly provide more damage/defence and is much cheaper. Mechanically I find it slightly inferior because we add a short delay before our first burst. The first cursed ground needs to be removed by spell cascade before we can proc out first doom blast. For mapping the Dialla provide instant burst which does feel better but not sure it can justify the cost and loss of defence.

In POB the hit dps of doom blast isn't the real DPS, you need to calculate it yourself using

the cooldown ( 0.132 )

Since we have spell cascade effectively capping our proc rate we have 1/0.132 = 7.5 procs a second This example is using cooldown recovery belt ( normally it's 1/0.15 = 6.67 procs )

The DPS is 969 836 * 7.5 = 7.3 Million
How to calculate damage in POB :

Notes:
Cast time of curse is 0.50 ( very fast )
Spell Cascade allows you to cap effective cast speed without the downside ( the less damage does not apply to impending doom )
Level of chaos skill gems doesn't apply to impending doom ( support )
Some people suggested using the balance of terror to get cooldown recovery & crit mult but I tested it and it doesn't work with triggered curse in Vixen. You would need to manually cast Enfeeble & Temporal chain to get the buff. Also tested doing weapon swap and it doesn't work as the crit mult is removed when switching back to main weapon
So far only two mods are troublesome :

Map mod Less cooldown recovery ( around 40 less damage ) We can still do them easily but with less damage

Eldritch less cooldown per power charge completely break the build because we are stacking power charges and this disable our skills. If you click that mop you have to give up the map.
