Hey everyone, I wanted to make a build around Shield Crush of the Chieftain utilizing a crafted Shield but realized that Seething Fury and Emperors Vigilance exists so it makes gearing a thousand times cheaper and easier.

Again, you only need Emperors Vigilance and Seething Fury - you can do whatever else you want with the other items. I only chose Utulas Hunger and Darkness Enthroned for the funz.
