the dps value is based on the default level 84 corpse life value of POB, which is 16266, and it's based on a single hit. it's impossible to calculate the actual dps, but I think it's about 40-45 times higher than the default value. I didn't check power charges because I don't always have 3, but it's pretty much always at 3 against bosses.
