A look at the set up I'm using with the new Mana Forged Arrows support gem to trigger additional targets to chain off of, massively increasing single target DPS for skills like Lightning Arrow and Tornado Shot.

You need +1 chain ascendancy with the CoC/MFA/Tornado/Hydrosphere/Frenzy(Bow skills) set up for this to work.
