This video is an explanation and demonstration of how chain-triggering with Arcanist Brand, Brand Recall, and Triggerbots can be used to generate a large number of Zombies of Falling without any downside. The interaction works because the downsides of Arcanist Brand and Triggerbots specify that it applies to "spells" - Raise Zombies of Falling is a spell skill (and so the triggering works) but it does not deal damage directly and instead generates an entity that deals damage with an attack. Since the damage dealing ability is classified as an attack, the less damage multipliers do not apply.
