I put together a pure Spectre build with the new Forged Frostbearer.

I discovered that with Sire of Shards & Greater Volley, the Frostbearers still shoot all projectiles straight forward.

It's honestly been a blast in t16 maps. With all the projectiles & cast speed, they actually have really good clear.

Tree is no way finalized and optimized but damn this is probably my favorite build in recent years.
