Building around Gluttonous Tide unique bow which can add extra arrows to the end of current attack if current attack is sequential. Overall was very tanky, but also using most meta items like Mageblood, Progenesis, Ralakesh boots.

Conclusion: not worth doing this trick, could not find any other practical use to justify this mechanic.
