It has been a long time since I played a built with no Headhunter or Mageblood.
The Pathfinder with The Tides of Time belt allows you to have 100% flask uptime, you can even combine multiple Unique utility flasks with 100% uptime... as long as you pay attention to map mods and altars that might break your build (flask nerfing modifiers).
This build was known to waltz into T17 maps well. However, T17s are not my thing so I will just showcase a T16.5 map juiced up with Harbingers and Delirium.
