The gist is in the title. I attack with Power Siphon to trigger frostbolt with spellslinger, gain fanatacism charges, and also gain power charges. Built-in culling strike is also nice. Uptime with charges and culling against bosses is a little iffy since I don't invest into accuracy at all.

Then I self-cast ice nova on those frostbolts. Fanatacism makes me cast extremely quickly, it's quite satisfying to watch especially with mtx! ;)

The low cost of my skills helps me keep up inspiration charges and make mana not an issue. With some passive points, I can cast a damage aura like Zealotry with divine blessing at 0 mana cost which gives me a huge DPS boost.

I'm kind of a washed up player though (last time I seriously played was in, like, delirium) and I haven't been able to fully keep up with all these new uniques and ways to craft rare items. If somebody could help give pointers on how to improve my passive tree or items it would be really nice. Thank you!
