edit: still in the process of working things out but I swapped Malevolence to blessing and worked in Aspect of the Spider (to proc Touch of Cruelty) and Anomalous Arctic Armour (to get QoL mapping freezes with Ashes and some less damage taken)

Against normal content it's dot capped, against ubers it's like 14-16m dot but hitting the 20% proc on Master Toxicist for 100% more damage can make it seem higher as a damage per hit, despite what PoB calculates in damage per second, I think. The build scales a lot of mark effect (40% from crucible trees is crazy) with 2/3 of the damage coming from Alchemist Mark's poisoned ground effect against single targets.

It's also sort of expensive the way I built it because Focal Point forbidden jewel sets are 40+ div with Vengeant Cascade being hot and the well-rolled Ashes I got at 40div too. I can't remember if prices are higher this league for those two pieces compared to before but it sort of feels like it.
