I put together this Exploding Totem Saboteur build a day ago or so, although it one-shots uber bosses, it can't do simulacrums etc. This is the build: https://pobb.in/UyQtRyGD8s0Q

So I thought about building something a lot more tanky that could run sims with the same Cold convert, same items exploding totems setup.

I borrowed a Jugg from poe ninja and made some changes that reflect the saboteur build that I'm using. I made very basic changes and didn't touch much of the gear and gems. I'm thinking about Brass Dome and Torchoak Step though.

Would this build work? What can I change to improve it? Can it handle wave 30 sims with good damage? Should I do a Jugg with poison variant? I personally don't like the damage over time so I want to make this build work.
