Crackling Lance inquisitor. Level 90. According to PoB I can reach 1 million DPS while standing still (because of Sigil of Power, Power Charges, Frenzy Charges and Endurance Charges). I want to boost DPS without needing to stay still too long cause the biggest reason of my deaths is not moving enough or not moving fast enough. I am doing tier 12-14 maps after chiseling and alching. The only movement speed I have is the 30% increased movement speed mod on my Ralakesh's impatience riveted boots. I wanna be able to still take some damage and increase my DPS and speed. I don't wanna use Doryani's prototype. Here is the PoB. I started playing PoE this league and don't know a lot of things about the game. I have 4 divines and 140-150 chaos. What can I do to make the build better? Thank You.
