In this video, I showcase my Herald of Agony build I created in 3.23 and goes un-nerfed into 3.24. The basis of the build is a plus levels bow that increases gem quality and gem levels of Herald of Agony. This is extremely strong since Herald of Agony scales attack speed, flat damage, and percent damage all with the same bow investment.

Basically, you can build the defenses of the character however you want. Just get Gem Level bow, 3 voices, and Adorn for the offense.
