Hi Exiles,

I've been playing for a little over a week, having fun (struggling) to learn the basics of POE, and could use some advice. I've finally made it to red maps and think its time to upgrade my body armour which I've been wearing since Act 1. I'd like to buy a 6-link, but not sure what to invest in. I don't have any currency at the moment, but will be farming some this weekend and it would be great to have a goal in mind.

I've been happy with the Ghostwrithe chest (feel fairly tanky), but should I buy a 6-linked one or is that something better I could aim for? The build guide I followed suggests Skin of the Lords, but for the moment it's out of my price range to buy it and all the corrupted gems. The guide also suggests going EB, but I think i'll feel squishy.
