Hello guys,

I assumed after the nerf we will be able to use same base cluster jewels but we wont be able to use same passive skills on the cluster jewel. So i only took that as an incoming nerf to the heralds and made a kinda a bit minmaxed version of a possible new herald build. This league it would probably so expensive to buy those items but next league i am pretty sure they will be %75 cheap. so here is the pob link. waiting your comments and possible improvements. Some items are from my current Herald Abuser in DSC i just want to craft a template. and it kinda looks ok.
