I want to play some sort of self-caster and with the ice spear buff it seems like it would be pretty good damage.

I figured I could use Ice Spear as single target and for clear ice spear into packs and have herald of ice pop everything.

I was able to make the build tanky to me at least with 30k armor 5k Life and 2k ES with alot of regen.

Can anyone take a look at this build and see if it would be any good or have any advice?
