I made this PoB, the idea is to use Storm Brand with Galvanic field for a dancing avoiding gameplay, 3M damage with Singularity. The problem is the defenses, I can't find ways to put in more defenses and still keep that 3M damage, any expert can help on this? Really want to play something off-meta next league.
