Hi everyone! This video represents the beginning of an adventure into the unknown, trying to league start Arc Elementalist in 3.17. I have tested this build _thoroughly_ for the past week and am confident that it's at least DECENT as a league starter.

I am not promising that this will be an S+ budget friendly build but I can promise that I will have a ton of fun playing it myself and I want to bring everyone along for the ride. I will be posting daily videos and updating a fresh PoB as I go through this journey so folks can learn through my process and experience first hand how I best like to enjoy this build.

In this video I am laying out my initial test results, thoughts, and concepts going into 3.17 but this isn't a complete template that is meant to be followed. A leveling guide is coming soon and an ever expanding playlist of this journey will be kept up to date daily so everyone can follow along.

One of my primary mandates is to make build creation more egalitarian and less of something that just folks in some "ivory tower" are out there doing. While it starts off time consuming, I truly believe that each player is capable of acquiring this knowledge and owning and customizing their builds.
