Spectral throw dexterity stacking at it finest. Spectral throw is in a really good spot atm if you compare it to the last few leagues. Omni was really good in last league and is still good in this league, but dexterity stacking with spectral throw is just way superior atm. All in all, its a joy to play spectral throw at its current state!
