The new Tempest Rising boots are really great for melee bleed builds and this opens up some new build paths for bleed slams. Short showcase of my (Vaal) EQ build. Only started the build yesterday but it's been a blast so far!

Currently using a 5L Marohi and only invested about 2 divs in the build. Sitting around a solid 2 mil dps, which is fairly decent for how comfortable and fun it is. It's great for blasting breaches, expeditions and delve with it. Still optimizing my defences, planning to go Fourth vow & divine flesh after I get some currency.

Damage in T16's feel really good and most things die within a sec, even on a 5L. Vaal earthquake has a really high uptime so 90% of the time we use Vaal EQ and just walk around mobs. Might be a good build for really juiced maps if I get the defences going
